Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; 7+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated medical products industry; 3+ years in Medical Affairs, Commercial, or R&D; extensive project management experience in a matrix environment; strong influencing, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred: graduate degree in sciences or business; certifications like Six Sigma or PMP; oncology marketplace knowledge. High-Value: focus on GU/GYN oncology, evidence generation, program leadership within a global, cross-functional setting. Work setup includes in-office presence three days a week, with flexible arrangements.
