The role also involves driving medical standards, governance, and senior stakeholder communication to ensure efficient, compliant operations with measurable impact. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; 7+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated medical products industry; 3+ years in Medical Affairs, Commercial, or R&D; extensive project management experience in a matrix environment; strong influencing, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred: graduate degree in sciences or business; certifications like Six Sigma or PMP; oncology marketplace knowledge.
