Responsibilities:
- Support territory managers as part of the Regional Leadership Team by demonstrating and communicating the value/benefits of the Animal Health portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver technical lectures to key customers, strategic accounts, and veterinary organizations.
- Offer solutions aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute business strategy to meet/exceed regional and organizational priorities.
- Meet with key opinion leaders in clinical and university settings to discuss the portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Animal Health at veterinary schools, associations, and conferences.
- Serve as regional technical expert; evaluate technical training needs and coach sales representatives in technical selling skills.
- Collaborate with R&D, Learning & Development, Marketing, Veterinary Insights & Medical Affairs, and Sales.

Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 10 years combined: at least 5 years clinical companion animal veterinary practice and at least 5 years in animal health industry or equivalent leadership/management.
- Translate complex issues into audience-friendly content.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation; strong oral and written communications.
- Medical consultant expertise in vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics.
- Ability to influence without direct authority; build networks internally and with industry partners.
- Innovative problem-solving.
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); industry software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI).
- Cross-functional work with internal/external teams.
- Independently execute core Professional Services Veterinarian responsibilities.
- Understand customer business processes and discuss how the portfolio improves medical capabilities and profitability.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Companion animal vaccines/parasiticides/therapeutics.
- Advanced degrees and research.
- Training/instruction delivery experience.
- Leadership/management experience.
