Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives aligned to program objectives and priorities.
- Partner with project leaders to develop/manage project plans, governance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish and lead GRACS records management and document retention program (standards, governance, processes, tools, controls).
- Support GRACS Data Security Program (monitoring, reporting, documentation, governance), especially sensitive data transfers.
- Support GRACS Privacy Program: develop/maintain and periodically assess privacy impact assessments and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate annual privacy assessments and remediation across GRACS.
- Ensure third-party due diligence processes are completed, documented, monitored, and renewed for global and U.S. vendors/service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement via stakeholder engagement, risk identification, and sustainable solutions.
- Provide leadership communications, metrics, and status reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 15+ years in project management/systems management/regulatory experience; or Bachelorβs with 8+ years; or advanced degree with 4+ years.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Complex project management, facilitation, problem solving, and strong written/verbal communication (senior management presentations).
- Experience in compliance/governance/privacy/data security/records management or QMS.
- Translate business requirements into execution plans with measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder management/influence in matrix organizations; lead by influence.
- Global, highly regulated environment experience preferred.
- Green Belt (or process management knowledge), negotiation, analytical/process analytics, English verbal/written.
Preferred:
- Change management experience; Lean Six Sigma/Change Management certification; PMI/PMP.
