Tri-State Region Professional Services Veterinarian-Companion Animal

Role: Regional Professional Services Veterinarian supporting the Tri-State region (NY, NJ, CT, RI) within Animal Health. Objectives include acting as a technical expert, educator, and strategic partner to drive product value and customer engagement. Responsibilities: deliver technical lectures to veterinary stakeholders, consult on vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics, develop business strategies alongside sales teams, and foster relationships with key opinion leaders in clinical and academic settings. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and medical teams to align organizational goals. Qualifications: DVM/VMD, 10+ years combining clinical companion animal practice (minimum 5 years) and industry experience or leadership. Skills include advanced veterinary knowledge, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and industry software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva). Preferred: experience with vaccines, parasiticides, therapeutics; research background; leadership experience. High-Value: focus on companion animal therapeutics, vaccine/parasite management, and veterinary education in a field-based, remote setup. Travel requirement is approximately 75%. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical training, and customer-facing interactions to support company product portfolios.
