Translational Medicine Scientist

Role: Scientific liaison and training lead supporting biopharma business development, with a focus on communication and collaboration with pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities: train BD team, facilitate scientific communication with pharma partners, interface with biomarker and R&D teams, organize internal and external meetings, produce scientific materials and presentations related to pharmaceutical collaborations, and consult on clinical trial biomarker strategies. Requirements: doctoral degree or higher; experience in commercial development, project management, or collaborations involving diagnostics, clinical research, or pharma; backgrounds in medicine, molecular biology, or oncology preferred; strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
