Role: Director of Medical Science Liaison (Western US) at Compass Pathways, leading a regional field medical team focused on neuroscience and mental health, specifically treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and PTSD. Responsibilities: develop and coach a high-performing MSL team, translate medical strategy into field activities, oversee territory planning, foster scientific engagement, and gather insights to inform clinical and educational initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Market Access, and other teams to align medical activities with organizational goals. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, MD, or similar; at least 3 years of MSL experience; proven leadership in field medical roles; background in neuroscience, psychiatry, or psychology preferred. WorkSetup: Remote (West Coast, USA); travel up to 75%.
