Translational Medicine Scientist

Role: Scientific liaison and trainer supporting the Business Development (BD) team in engaging with pharmaceutical companies. Objectives include facilitating communication on scientific topics, coordinating with biomarker, R&D, and clinical teams, and producing scientific materials for external presentations. Responsibilities: train BD team, interface with pharma biomarker teams, assist in clinical trial consultation, communicate with clinical program physicians, organize internal and external meetings related to pharma projects, and develop scientific content. Requirements: doctoral degree or higher from reputable universities; experience in corporate client development, project management collaboration with pharma or diagnostics; background in medicine, molecular biology, or oncology preferred; strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.
