Position Summary:
The Training Senior Manager, GxP Operations Support will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for small molecule internal manufacturing and testing that align with the Vertex Manufacturing Centerโ€™s strategic goals. This role collaborates with cross-functional departments to develop and deliver high-quality training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic training plan supporting organizational goals and employee development.
- Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Leverage existing and implement new electronic-based training solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development.
- Proven track record designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Pay Range:
- $138,000 - $207,000.

Disclosure Statement (high level):
- Eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.

Flex Designation:
- On-Site designated; five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
