Operations
The Training Manager is a people leader who leads a team of RSTs and partners with business and field leaders to develop and deliver franchise training programs that strengthen field capability, execution, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Field Coaching, Execution Leadership, and Performance Enablement
- Lead field coaching strategies that improve execution quality, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
- Partner with field leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching actions.
- Provide candid, actionable feedback that supports individual and team development.
- Reinforce consistent coaching expectations and execution standards across the field organization.

Training Design, Development, and Delivery
- Design and deliver franchise-specific training content, tools, and learning pathways aligned to business priorities.
- Build and facilitate training for onboarding, reinforcement, national meetings, and capability-building sessions.
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, performance-focused learning experiences across live, virtual, and digital formats.
- Ensure content remains current and compliant and aligned to evolving business needs.

RST Leadership and Development
- Coach and develop RSTs and other training partners.
- Provide clear role expectations, feedback, and development support.
- Build training talent through ongoing coaching, skill development, and performance feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to align training priorities with business strategy.
- Participate in planning cycles and commercial initiatives.
- Translate brand and commercial strategy into learning plans and field enablement activities.

Continuous Improvement and Effectiveness
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and field outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve content, delivery, and learner engagement.
- Recommend enhancements that increase training impact and efficiency.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience; or 2+ years of sales training, field coaching, or trainer experience.
- Strong understanding of field execution, coaching, and commercial performance drivers.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred
- Experience in a rotational trainer, district sales trainer, or similar development role.
- Proven track record of people leadership.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience in Immunology or another complex specialty/biologics therapeutic area.
