About the role:
- Remote.
- Provide strategic and tactical vision and leadership for the Commercial training function.
- Create and execute learning components (including eLearning) of the Commercial training vision, principles, and strategy.
- Own learning and associated processes.

How you will contribute:
- Lead training for franchise(s) for initial field onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Manage initial and ongoing sales training (product, clinical, managed markets, marketplace knowledge, selling/business skills), including strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies/workshops aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as an SME in adult learning; share best practices.
- Facilitate training for stakeholders (new hires, management, advanced skills, national workshops).
- Ensure materials reflect market trends and comply with internal Medical/Regulatory/Legal review.
- Coordinate and negotiate with external consultants for training needs.
- Manage training budget.
- Coach team members on design/principles/projects/priorities.
- Build vendor and strategic partnerships; support service/technology roadmap and innovation.
- Implement personal development plans and training; maintain an agile, innovative mindset.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing.
- Travel willingness (~50%).
Preferred:
- Sleep disorder experience.
- Training/L&D and/or Commercial Strategy (Marketing).
- IT/eLearning/Web management platform knowledge.

Compensation/Benefits (U.S. virtual, MA):
- Base salary range: $116,000–$182,270.
- May include incentives and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits, sick time (up to 80 hrs/year), and paid vacation (up to 120 hrs for new hires).
