About the Role
- Remote position.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical vision and leadership for Commercial training (including learning design/development and technology/eLearning) and own learning processes.
- Lead initial field onboarding or brand strategy training for assigned franchises; deliver training for both initial and ongoing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end assigned training programs, including initial and ongoing sales training (product, clinical, managed markets/marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills), and training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies/workshops aligned to business objectives with pull-through and measurement.
- Serve as SME in adult learning; share best practices and processes across the department.
- Facilitate training for stakeholders (new hire, management, advanced skills, national workshops).
- Ensure materials are compliant via internal Medical/Regulatory/Legal review.
- Coordinate and support contracting and negotiation with external consultants.
- Manage assigned budget within guidelines.
- Coach team members on design, priorities, and projects.
- Support vendor partnerships and strategic partnerships; contribute to service/technology roadmap and innovative ideas.
- Implement personal development plans and training; promote an agile, innovation mindset.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing.
- ~50% travel to meetings/client sites (overnights).

Preferred
- Sleep Disorder experience.
- Training/Learning & Development and/or Commercial Strategy experience.
- IT/eLearning/Web management platform knowledge.
