How you will contribute:
- Lead initial field training or brand strategy training for assigned franchise(s), including onboarding and ongoing initiatives.
- Own all aspects of training programs/initiatives: sales training covering product, clinical, managed markets, marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills; training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies/workshops aligned to business objectives, with pull-through and measurement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning; share best practices and processes.
- Facilitate training for new hires, management and advanced skill training, and national training workshops.
- Ensure training materials reflect current market trends and comply with internal Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review processes.
- Coordinate/prepare and support contract negotiation processes with external consultants.
- Manage assigned budget within operating guidelines.
- Coach team members on design, principles, projects, and priorities.
- Develop vendor and strategic partnerships to improve efficiencies and services and support technology/service roadmap and innovation.
- Implement personal development plans and training to meet business objectives.
- Maintain an agile, innovation-focused mindset.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing
- ~50% travel to meetings/client sites, including overnight trips
Preferred:
- Dermatology experience
- Training/L&D and/or Commercial Strategy (Marketing) experience
- IT/eLearning/web management platform knowledge
