How you will contribute:
- Work as part of a training team supporting one or more franchises; lead initial field training or brand strategy training, including onboarding and ongoing initiatives.
- Own all aspects of assigned training programs (initial and ongoing sales training covering product, clinical, managed markets/marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills), including training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies and workshops aligned to business objectives, with pull-through and measurement.
- Act as an SME in adult learning; share best practices and processes.
- Develop and facilitate training for key stakeholders (new hire, management, advanced skill training, national workshops).
- Ensure training materials reflect current market trends and meet internal Medical/Regulatory/Legal review requirements.
- Coordinate preparation and contract negotiation with external consultants for training/development needs.
- Manage assigned budget within guidelines.
- Coach team members on design, principles, projects, and priorities.
- Build vendor and strategic partnerships to improve efficiencies and services; support service/technology roadmap and innovative ideas.
- Implement personal development plans and training to achieve business objectives.
- Embrace an agile mindset and innovation.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing; ~50% travel (meetings/client sites, overnight trips).
- Preferred: Derm experience; experience in Training/L&D and/or Commercial Strategy; IT/eLearning/Web Management Platform knowledge.
