Position Summary
The Training Manager oversees Rocket’s training program, including the design, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement for all employees. Provides administration of training within the eQMS and eLMS systems and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver required training, ensuring effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the training program per health authority guidelines, regulations, quality performance indicators, compliance trends, and operational needs.
- Create and maintain training materials, curricula, and learning paths; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and periodically review curricula for accuracy.
- Assess and select “fit for purpose” training tools/methodologies (virtual, OJT, ILT, etc.).
- Create and deliver new hire and refresher training (e.g., GMP, eQMS workflows overview, data integrity); develop GxP and non-GxP courses (e.g., GCP, GVP, GLP) as applicable.
- Provide routine training on eQMS workflows (including updates); support refresher needs and maintain training records.
- Monitor and report training compliance metrics, including overdue assignments; collaborate to ensure compliance in eQMS.
- Conduct training needs assessments and ensure timely design, development, scheduling, and delivery of courses.
- Support quality culture enhancement and lead training sessions/events.
- Support health authority inspections/audits; respond to observations and track CAPAs to closure.
- Support QMS updates, procedure/process training, and periodic QMS metrics reporting.
- Perform other QA department responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Life Sciences).
- 5–8 years in Quality Assurance managing training programs in regulated biopharma with quality systems.
- Experience configuring/implementing eQMS/eLMS (e.g., ZenQMS, Veeva, Trackwise, ComplianceWire).
- Experience with training content creation and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline; SCORM).
- Ability to design materials/courses and deliver interactive training.
- Working knowledge of applicable GxP regulations/guidelines (ICH/FDA/EU).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong detail orientation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative, with ability to work independently when needed.
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, decisive, flexible.
- Forward-thinking; manage multiple priorities; resolve issues with minimal guidance.
- Fully onsite; travel up to 10%.
