Role Summary
Tissue Regeneration Specialist - Advanced Wound Care - Sacramento. Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales, and supporting surgical cases where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales expectations for the assigned territory by developing and executing a territory business plan.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and hospital personnel; conduct consultative sales conversations.
- Utilize product and disease-state knowledge to support customers and drive product adoption.
- Report sales activities to upper management through established systems; ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX).
- Travel as required, up to 50% of the time depending on circumstances.
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Required: 2+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- Required: Proven, verifiable sales success.
- Required: Ability to work autonomously and independently; strong organizational skills.
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
