Role Summary

Tissue Regeneration Specialist - Advanced Wound Care in Phoenix North. Responsible for achieving sales expectations within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, leveraging product and disease state knowledge, and executing a territory business plan. May support surgical cases and must comply with internal controls (SOX). Significant travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sell product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases when appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; conduct consultative sales activities.
• Develop and follow a territory business plan; report sales activities to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

Qualifications

• Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Required: 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales, preferably in a consultative role.
• Required: Proven, verifiable sales success.
• Required: Ability to work autonomously.
• Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
