Role Summary
Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care, responsible for achieving sales expectations within the assigned territory. Build strong customer relationships, conduct consultative sales calls, leverage product and disease state knowledge, develop and execute a territory business plan, and report activities to upper management. Supports surgical cases as appropriate and ensures internal controls compliance with SOX. Travel up to 50% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Sell products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; perform consultative selling and calls.
- Develop and follow a territory business plan; document sales activities through the call reporting system.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Required: 2+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- Required: Proven, verifiable sales success; ability to work autonomously.
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
