Role Summary
Tissue Regeneration Associate (TRA) to support sales in the assigned territory, develop strong customer relationships, conduct consultative sales calls, and follow a territory business plan. Requires supporting physicians and staff in clinics/hospitals and may assist in surgical cases. Compliance with SOX and up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Support the TRS in the territory and provide product support to physicians and clinic/hospital staff.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and build strong customer relationships.
- Develop and follow a territory business plan; report sales activities to upper management.
- Assist in surgical cases where appropriate.
- Ensure internal controls activities are completed in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: Experience in medical sales.
- Additional relevant education or medical sales training and experience will be considered.
Skills
- Product and disease-state technical knowledge relevant to regenerative medicine and wound care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting sales activities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
Education
- BS/BA required or equivalent work experience.
