Thought Leader Liaison - UPLIZNA -West (Rare Disease)

Role: IgG4-RD Thought Leader Liaison Sr. Manager responsible for executing peer-to-peer strategies and building relationships with key thought leaders in the neuroimmunology space within the West territory. Responsibilities: engage with physicians and patient organizations, develop and implement KOL engagement plans, gather and share market insights, ensure compliant speaker and event management, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and medical affairs to align strategic initiatives. Requirements: Doctorate with 2+ years, Master's with 4+ years, or Bachelor's with 6+ years of marketing or sales experience; prior experience in pharma/biotech, preferably in rheumatology, gastroenterology, or rare disease biologics; strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic agility, and clinical/business acumen. HighValue: customer-facing pharma/biotech experience; therapeutic focus on neuroimmunology, rare diseases, or biologics; extensive travel (up to 80%), including weekends, with residence within the territory.
