Associate Director Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Fibromyalgia (field-based, non-sales focused)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, profile, and maintain long-term relationships with Fibromyalgia KOLs
- Engage national/regional/local (including emerging) thought leaders to identify best practices that simplify the patient journey from diagnosis through treatment and monitoring
- Identify and implement product, disease-state, and compliance training for promotional speakers and speaker programs
- Coordinate speaker usage/issues with the Promotional Program Manager; provide feedback on nomination of new speakers as applicable
- Coordinate new product and annual compliance training for speakers; support annual speaker re-contracting with the Marketing team
- Update/track KOL engagements via KOL management platform (with operations lead)
- Enable and coordinate local/account-level engagement with KOLs; coordinate with field teams, field sales, brand leads, and speaker program vendors on availability and utilization
- Ensure pull-through of speaker programs within allocated regional budgets
- Solicit and relay field feedback on promotional programs
- Identify opportunities for institutional group training
- Identify, assess, and engage regional advocacy groups and local/regional professional societies (with Corporate Advocacy) to develop and implement Fibromyalgia education (above-brand) from diagnosis through patient monitoring
- Serve as a central point for field engagement with regional/local advocacy and professional societies
- Synthesize learnings into insights/best practices and present to Marketing and Sales leadership to inform strategy, messaging, educational initiatives, and promotional programs
- Monitor KOL communications (publications, congresses, podium presentations, 1:1)
- Stay current on relevant data readouts consistent with FDA labeling and meeting outputs
- Engage KOLs at key regional health systems to understand diagnostic and treatment algorithm best practices
- Develop case studies and share with health system C-suite to encourage adoption of care pathways and treatment algorithms
- Support execution of commercial contracts, as needed

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred

Required Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership; self-starter with strong clinical acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of legal/regulatory issues impacting pharmaceutical marketing and the U.S. healthcare environment
- Proven ability to function autonomously
- Open, collaborative approach; ability to integrate and motivate cross-functional stakeholders
- High learning agility; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, evolving environment
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships

Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience
