Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison for J&J's Neuroscience Franchise, focusing on engaging KOLs and healthcare professionals within the Northwest Region to support the launch and ongoing education of CAPLYTA. Responsibilities: execute KOL engagement and peer-to-peer programs, build and maintain long-term relationships with academic and community KOLs, support advisory boards and congress activities, deliver compliant speaker programs, and capture market insights to inform brand strategies. Collaborates closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and compliance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech field roles such as sales, marketing, medical, or market access; proven success in field-based program execution and HCP engagement; strong communication skills; valid U.S. driver’s license. Preferred: experience outside direct sales, neuroscience or CNS therapeutic area expertise, peer-to-peer education support, and familiarity with emerging tech like AI. High-value specifics: Neuroscience focus (MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, etc.), CNS therapeutic area, field-based, with significant travel (~60–65%), covering regions in Washington, California, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Work setup: regional, field-based role.
