Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) supporting Johnson & Johnson’s Neuroscience Franchise in the Northwest Region, focusing on patient-centered engagement and KOL relationship management. Responsibilities: execute and optimize KOL engagement plans, deliver compliant educational programs, support advisory boards, congresses, and peer-to-peer initiatives, and gather market insights to inform brand strategies. Collaborates closely with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams to ensure aligned, effective customer interactions and program delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of pharma/biotech field experience, proven track record in KOL engagement and program execution, strong communication skills, and ability to operate in a matrixed environment. Preferred: experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or CNS; supporting medical education or peer programs; prior field-based HCP engagement; familiarity with emerging digital tools and technologies. High-Value: Neuroscience focus on brain health disorders like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, and psychiatric conditions; field-based role with extensive travel (~60–65%), supporting multi-state geographies with access to major metropolitan markets. Work setup: field-based with significant travel, final geography assigned based on business needs.
