Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) supporting Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience franchise in the Northwest region, focusing on engaging KOLs and healthcare professionals to advance brand initiatives. Responsibilities: execute KOL engagement plans, foster trusted relationships, deliver compliant educational programs, support advisory boards and congress activities, gather market insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in sales, marketing, medical affairs, or related roles; proven ability in field-based program execution and HCP/KOL engagement; strong communication skills, organizational discipline, and familiarity with working in a matrix environment; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or CNS areas; involvement in peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, or medical education; knowledge of emerging tech, including AI; field-based role with extensive travel (~60–65%). High-value biopharma specifics: focus on brain health disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and psychiatric conditions; support for educational and peer-to-peer engagement in a clinical or medical education context; emphasis on compliant, customer-centric field activities in a regulated environment. Location: remote within specified states with significant travel.
