Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison in the Neuroscience Franchise supporting the Northwest Region, responsible for executing KOL engagement plans and peer-to-peer educational activities. Primary objectives include building trusted relationships with academic and community KOLs, delivering compliant customer engagement programs, and capturing market insights to inform brand strategy. Responsibilities encompass executing engagement plans, supporting advisory boards and congress activities, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Medical, Marketing, and Sales. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5–7+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in field-based roles, including engaging HCPs/KOLs, with proven program execution skills and strong communication. Preferred qualifications include experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or CNS areas, and involvement in medical education or peer-to-peer programs. High-Value: Neuroscience (brain health, MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s), field-based engagement, KOL relationship management, compliance adherence, significant travel (~60–65%), and cross-functional collaboration.
