Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience Franchise, Northwest Region

Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison supporting the Neuroscience Franchise in the Northwest Region, primarily executing KOL engagement plans and peer-to-peer education programs. Responsibilities include building relationships with academic and community KOLs, delivering compliant educational programs, supporting advisory boards and congress activities, capturing market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align execution with brand strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years in pharmaceutical or biotech fields such as sales, marketing, or medical affairs, with demonstrated experience in field-based programs and KOL engagement. Preferred skills include neuroscience or CNS therapeutic area experience, support for medical education initiatives, and experience with peer-to-peer programs. High-value specifics: Neuroscience focus on brain health disorders (e.g., MS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s), field-based engagement involving significant travel (~60-65%), and compliant, customer-centric program delivery. Collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams is integral. Location: Field-based, nationwide in the US, with preference for major metropolitan areas near airports.
