Thought Leader Liaison, Neuroscience Franchise, Northwest Region

Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison for Johnson & Johnson's Neuroscience Franchise, supporting the Northwest Region. Objectives include executing KOL engagement plans, building long-term relationships, and delivering compliant, high-quality educational programs. Responsibilities encompass planning and executing peer-to-peer education, supporting advisory boards and congress activities, capturing market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical, and Sales. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech roles such as sales, marketing, or medical affairs, with proven experience in field-based program execution and HCP engagement. Preferred skills involve neuroscience or CNS therapeutic area expertise, experience with medical education initiatives, and familiarity with emerging technologies. The role is heavily travel (~60–65%), operates in a dynamic, matrixed environment, and requires strong communication, relationship-building, and compliance adherence. High-value specifics include focus on brain health diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and psychiatric conditions, within a patient-centered, innovative medicine context.
