Main Responsibilities
- KOL Engagement: Orchestrate resources with top 10–15% ENT KOLs; identify/cultivate/maintain long-term KOL relationships; conduct on-label conversations on product, disease state, and company; execute approved KOL programming (e.g., disease state education); collaborate with field commercial team for strategic/tactical cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues (when directed); execute customer-centric, needs-based approach; support on-label KOL development (including speakers) with approved materials; orchestrate KOL executive encounters/engagement; plan/execute KOL engagements at conferences and other venues.
- Marketing: Gather KOL feedback on Respiratory franchise/brand marketing strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); provide feedback to commercial leadership; manage speaker logistics/scheduling as cross-functional point of contact; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with execution of commercial contracts (when requested); execute TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and Alliance TLLs; lead TLL projects and initiatives.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, and/or medical/clinical experience in relevant therapeutic area within pharma/biotech
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree; launch experience; marketing experience
- Demonstrated leadership; ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines
- Effective presentation skills; strong organizational and project management skills (including analytical/planning)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel 60–80%
- Ability to work within label and regulatory/legal compliance guidelines
