Role: Field-based Thought Leader Liaison in Neuroscience focused on executing regional KTL engagement strategies aligned with national priorities. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and professional societies, drive advocacy for Ipsenโs neuroscience portfolio (including adult spasticity, cervical dystonia, pediatric spasticity, migraine), generate actionable market insights, support regional and national programs, and ensure compliant engagement activities. Collaborates with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Value & Access teams to inform strategy and expand key opinion leader networks. Requirements: BA/BS (Masterโs preferred), 6+ yearsโ experience in pharma/biotech with strong external engagement and KOL management skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, experience in neuroscience or neurotoxins preferred. HighValue: neuroscience therapeutic areas (spasticity, dystonia, migraine), KTL relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, compliance-driven engagement, regional and national program execution, professional society interactions, travel required (significant geographic coverage). WorkSetup: field-based in the US, covering PA, NJ, DE, MD, WV, VA, NC, SC, and PR.
