Main Responsibilities:
- Build brand awareness and intent to treat with endocrinologists.
- Develop belief in Tzield mechanistic rationale and clinical narrative (MOA, approved indication, efficacy/safety).
- Build in-depth knowledge of key accounts across the territory, including barriers to Tzield use.
- Execute priority account strategy to engage endocrinology and primary care providers; own development and execution of growth-oriented account/business plans (e.g., account mapping, influence mapping).
- Identify and engage account champions/KOLs to communicate with peers and patients.
- Promote belief in early detection of T1D and importance of screening in asymptomatic/undiagnosed individuals.
- Support screening awareness and development of the T1D ecosystem.
- Conduct territory-level strategic planning to prioritize education and engagement.
- Contribute to screening strategy and engage PCPs/pediatric providers on early detection/screening.
- Collaborate to identify and educate on urgent referrals for patients within a narrow treatment window.
- Educate stakeholders on at-risk populations, screening/monitoring best practices, and value of early detection (e.g., DKA avoidance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; attend meetings as directed; maintain adherence to legal/regulatory/ethical/admin/financial duties; achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to use data to drive business management in territories.
- Proven results increasing educational awareness, provider adoption, and customer engagement.
- Experience launching products in the field.
- Experience working in a matrix environment across sales/medical/support functions.
- Strong business acumen, solution-oriented mindset, strategic planning/execution, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 80%.
