Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and supervise KPI accountability.
- Model shared vision and clear expectations; encourage accountability and process improvement.
- Monitor/mentor team to orchestrate total account calls by coordinating resource deployment and follow-through.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to drive customer experience and product demand.
- Contribute to regional leadership goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Maintain a customer-centric, results-oriented culture that promotes speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Use clinical, access, reimbursement, territory management expertise and omni-channel tools to coach team during field contacts.
- Leverage analytics to identify risk/opportunity and ensure deployment of face-to-face meetings, omni-channel resources, total office calls, and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 2+ years first-line sales manager experience; strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Proven ability to build high-performing, collaborative, diverse teams; drive sales growth and cross-functional partnerships.
- Ability to manage field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license; drive and/or fly within territory.
Desirable
- Experience leading teams promoting to large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC; reimbursement knowledge (out-patient and in-patient).
