Position Summary
The Therapeutic Sales Specialist (TS) – Manhattan represents Crinetics Pharmaceuticals in an assigned territory, focusing on maximizing product sales by communicating the value proposition of the Endocrinology portfolio to relevant stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area; target, penetrate, and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across multiple subspecialties.
- Engage stakeholders including physician offices, hospital pharmacy, OR, ICU, etc.
- Understand and communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
- Manage hybrid (70%+ in-person and virtual) engagement using next-gen ways of working.
- Use data sources to maximize ROI opportunities.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Manage and track territory information in a CRM.

Education and Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; at least 8 years of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Healthcare sales experience.
- Ability to work independently; manage key accounts.
- Demonstrated sales growth; documented meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong business acumen; ability to comprehend and communicate complex clinical information.
- Organization/time management; excellent oral/written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
- CRM experience (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience
- Endocrinology experience.
- Hospital sales experience (P&T/Formulary process).
- Knowledge of local/regional health systems.

Work Location / Travel
- Strong preference to reside in NYC metro area (all five boroughs) and Long Island City.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $200,000–$220,000.
- Discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, 401k match.
