Main Responsibilities:
- Build brand awareness and intent to treat with endocrinologists (Endos).
- Build belief in Tzield’s mechanistic rationale and clinical narrative (MOA, approved indication, efficacy/safety).
- Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts across the territory, including barriers to Tzield use.
- Support priority account strategy development (with SAMs) and execute to engage Endos and primary care providers (PCPs) on Tzield.
- For non-priority Endos, develop and execute growth-oriented account and business plans (e.g., account mapping, influence mapping).
- Identify and engage account champions/KOLs to communicate with peers and patients.
- Drive screening awareness and develop the T1D ecosystem, including belief in early detection and screening for asymptomatic/undiagnosed patients.
- Conduct territory-level strategic planning to prioritize engagement and education.
- Execute screening strategy to engage PCPs/pediatrics on early detection/screening.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to educate on urgent referrals within the narrow treatment window.
- Educate stakeholders on at-risk populations, screening/monitoring best practices, and early detection value (e.g., DKA avoidance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional Sanofi teams to support customers.
- Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial duties.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Account management sales and/or rare specialty product experience.
- Ability to use data to drive business management in territories.
- Demonstrated results increasing educational awareness, provider adoption, and customer engagement.
- Experience successfully launching products in the field.
- Experience working in matrix environments across sales, medical, and support functions.
- Strong business acumen; solution-oriented mindset; ability to strategically plan and execute.
- Robust communication skills and ability for two-way stakeholder dialogue.
- High accountability for feedback, coaching, and results.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
