Therapeutic Sales Specialist - New England

Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan for key customer targets.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Acoramidis.
- Use approved materials to engage customers in clinically relevant discussions with a customer-centric approach.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Comply with company policies and applicable state/federal rules and Pharma guidelines.
- Partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build and execute dynamic territory plans by analyzing business, competitive landscape, and market; develop and maintain relationships with targeted KOLs.
- Navigate hospital formulary processes to support product positioning and availability.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong proficiency in selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives and efficiently plan schedules.
- Represent the company professionally with integrity and respect.
- Complete projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
Qualifications (Who You Are):
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred (not required).
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong remote technology skills.
- Significant travel required.

- Boston North territory (New England region).
