Role Summary
The Therapeutic Sales Specialist (Chicago, field-based) is a high-impact role critical to BridgeBioโรรดs success. They will be a patient champion with strong business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence, bringing passion, urgency, and a get-it-done attitude to addressing unmet patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materials with a customer-centric approach
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in the territory
- Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives
- Adhere to company guidelines and uphold honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability per company policies and applicable regulations
- Partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement dynamic territory plans by analyzing business, competition, and market; maintain relationships with targeted KOLs and hospital personnel
- Navigate the hospital formulary process and implement strategies for product positioning and availability
- Forecast and address potential business challenges; adjust priorities as needed
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives
- Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership
- Ensure activities comply with regulations and pharma guidelines

Qualifications
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plan; accountability and leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence without authority, internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with remote technology to engage customers
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Significant travel is required
