Role: Therapeutic Account Manager (TAM) responsible for driving business performance and patient impact in rare cholestatic liver diseases within assigned territory. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across hepatology and gastroenterology, and influence clinical decision-making; deepen clinical knowledge of rare liver diseases, diagnostic pathways, and current treatment landscape; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other teams to align strategies and share insights; advocate for disease awareness, patient identification, and treatment persistence; leverage insight-led, peer-to-peer engagement to challenge clinical inertia and support patient journeys. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree mandatory, advanced degree preferred; over 5 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, with a strong preference for rare disease, hepatology, gastroenterology, or pediatric specialty backgrounds; proven ability in complex account-based selling, influence across multidisciplinary teams, and understanding of access/reimbursement pathways. High-value biopharma focus on rare cholestatic liver diseases, with emphasis on complex account management, clinical credibility, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: field-based role with up to 70% travel, including frequent overnight and occasional weekend commitments.
