The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other teams to optimize customer experience and access. Qualifications: requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in rare disease or complex specialty markets such as hepatology or gastroenterology. Demonstrated success in account-based selling, insight-driven engagement, and influencing diverse healthcare professionals is essential. The candidate must possess strong clinical aptitude, emotional intelligence, and ability to interpret performance data to develop strategic account plans. High-value specifics: focus on rare cholestatic liver diseases, hepatology and gastroenterology specialties, and patient journey optimization. The position involves up to 70% travel, with occasional overnight and weekend commitments, and can be remote/hybrid based.
