Core qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with experience in rare diseases, hepatology, gastroenterology, or complex specialty markets highly desirable. Proven success with account-based selling, understanding of access and reimbursement, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The role demands a high level of entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and ethical conduct, with up to 70% travel required. The position operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment, emphasizing strategic thinking, ownership, and continuous learning.
