The TAM communicates complex clinical data clearly, influences multiple stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other teams. Additionally, they support patient and caregiver needs within the healthcare ecosystem, identify barriers, and promote optimal patient journeys. Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree, with 5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience. Candidates should have a proven track record in complex or rare disease markets, with preferred experience in hepatology, gastroenterology, or pediatric specialties. Strong clinical aptitude, insight-led selling skills, understanding of access/reimbursement dynamics, and exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential. The role requires high resilience, self-motivation, and the capacity to operate independently in a fast-evolving environment. Travel up to 70% is expected, including overnight and occasional weekend commitments.
