Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, with proven success in complex or rare disease markets, preferably hepatology or gastroenterology. Demonstrated clinical aptitude, account-based selling skills, understanding of access and reimbursement dynamics, and ability to influence diverse healthcare stakeholders. Key biopharma specifics include focus on rare cholestatic liver disease, with an emphasis on complex account management, clinical engagement, and strategic planning in a specialty setting. Experience with multidisciplinary care teams and influencing practices in pediatric or adult hepatology is highly desirable. The role requires up to 70% travel, including overnight trips, and involves autonomous, entrepreneurial work in a fast-evolving environment.
