Role: The Theranostics Specialist (TS) is a field-based expert in nuclear medicine technology responsible for facilitating the adoption and optimal utilization of Telix's radiopharmaceutical products, primarily in prostate cancer imaging. Objectives include leading site onboarding, standardizing imaging protocols, supporting product launches, and enhancing customer engagement within nuclear medicine and imaging centers. Responsibilities encompass developing best practices for imaging workflows, training stakeholders, overseeing site activation, and gathering market intelligence to inform strategy. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional groups, ensuring compliance with pharma regulations and industry standards. Qualifications include a BS/MS in a scientific discipline (preferably Radiology), certification from NMTCB or ARRT, and at least 5 years of experience in PET/CT imaging and radiopharmaceuticals, with a focus on oncology and prostate cancer preferred. The candidate should possess proficiency in data interpretation, market research, and regulatory practices, with strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires up to 50% travel, primarily within regional and national scopes, with residency close to a major airport. High-value biopharma specifics include expertise in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, oncology imaging, and clinical workflows with regulatory compliance knowledge.
