Territory Sales Representative (TSR)

Accountabilities:
- Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Understand and identify customer needs; align appropriate resources and pull-through activities.
- Maintain advanced product and disease-state expertise; deliver clinically focused messages and address customer concerns.
- Build territory market dynamics and market access understanding to accelerate pull-through.
- Develop territory business plans with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS).
- Partner with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution and share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including effective CRM use and expense reporting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1 year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven, consistent sales performance success.
- Experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated ability leveraging marketing, market access pull-through, and technology solutions.
- Business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Relationship-building with office staff and customer network.
- Success in live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital platforms (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driver’s license; safe driving record.
- Some overnight travel; travel to national/regional/corporate office may be required.
