Territory Sales Representative (TSR)

Accountabilities
- Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff with clinically focused messages.
- Build understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull-through.
- Work with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to develop territory business plans.
- Partner with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution and share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities including CRM usage and expense reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1 year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven and consistent track record of sales success.
- Experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated success leveraging resources (marketing, market access pull-through, technology solutions).
- Strong business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Builds professional relationships in the customer network.
- Demonstrated success in live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital meeting platforms (Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Some overnight travel and travel to national/regional/corporate office may be required.
