Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative meets and exceeds sales objectives in an assigned geography in accordance with company and regulatory standards. The role identifies customer needs, aligns resources and pull-through activities, and applies advanced product and disease-state knowledge to engage HCPs. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager and promotes the company’s product(s) to Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs), and select Primary Care Physicians to achieve sales goals, working with peers and commercial colleagues to meet territory, region, and corporate goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain advanced product and disease-state expertise to deliver clinically focused messages and overcome objections.
- Build understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull-through with HCPs and office staff.
- Develop territory business plans with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS).
- Support operational execution with marketing, training, and sales operations; share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities using CRM and expense reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- 2+ years successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1 year pharmaceutical sales; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven, consistent sales success; experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated ability leveraging resources (marketing, market access pull-through, technology solutions) and strong business/analytical acumen.
- Strong live and virtual interaction skills; relationship building with office staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital platforms (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driver’s license; some overnight travel and travel to corporate/national/regional offices as needed.

Benefits
- Expected annual base salary range: $90,000–$140,000.
