Territory Sales Representative - Allentown PA

Role: Territory Sales Representative responsible for promoting Phathom’s GI-focused products, including vonoprazan, to healthcare professionals, primarily Gastroenterologists, APPs, and Primary Care Physicians. Objectives: meet/exceed sales targets, foster customer relationships, and support product launch efforts. Responsibilities: develop in-depth product and disease knowledge, execute territory business plans, utilize resources for pull-through activities, and maintain CRM and administrative duties. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of successful medical or pharmaceutical sales experience, with GI specialty preferred; proven sales success, experience in product launches, and proficiency with digital sales tools. Preferred: GI market experience and familiarity with the regulatory environment. High-Value: GI therapeutics, acid-related disorders, product launch, healthcare provider engagement, clinical focus, and territory management. Collaboration involves working closely with Regional Sales Managers, marketing, and cross-functional colleagues. Work setup is hybrid with potential overnight travel, including to national and regional offices. Salary range is $90,000 - $140,000.
