Role: Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys’ first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, including CKD and OSA. Responsibilities: develop a deep understanding of the disease state and clinical data, execute territory business plans, drive product adoption among healthcare providers, and build trusted relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including reimbursement and marketing, provide market intelligence, and ensure compliance. Requirements: bachelor's degree, 3+ years in biotech/pharma sales (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty drugs), proven sales success, strong clinical communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment. High-Value: launch experience, specialty sales, cardiovascular-related indications, remote work setup, up to 60% travel, salary range $130K-$165K. Work setup: fully remote with significant travel within the territory.
