Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management / Business Execution
- Understand disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization; analyze trends/competition and adjust as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones; maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation.
- Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans; translate data/insights into customer-focused actions.
- Build trusted relationships; communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality presentations; address customer questions; support patient access and product pull-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal and field teams to support customer/patient experience and territory objectives; provide market intelligence.
- Compliance / Culture
- Act with integrity and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred; specialty (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales goals; strong clinical acumen.
- Strong territory planning/organizational/communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial; valid driver’s license; travel within territory.

US Salary Range
- $130,000–$165,000.
