Territory Manager

Position Summary:
- Launch and grow Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers (HCPs), building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management / Business Execution
- Develop and maintain knowledge of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Collaborate with adjacent field partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
- Share insights and provide market intelligence; support meetings and launch initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty (cardiometabolic) sales experience preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning/organizational/communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Eligible for standard company benefits: medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K; participation in incentive plans contingent on performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.

Travel:
- Up to 60% travel.
