Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Drive successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers (HCPs), building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Demonstrate curiosity/adaptability; embrace innovative approaches to customer engagement.
- Use business acumen to assess market dynamics and plan effectively.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to reduce barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Collaborate with adjacent field partners (Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, Regional Business Directors).
- Share insights and best practices with internal teams (Marketing, Training, Field Operations, Analytics).
- Provide market intelligence and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and sponsored programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales experience considered).
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.
Travel
- Up to 60% travel.

US Salary Range
- $130,000 - $165,000
