Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Responsible for successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory. Educate HCPs, build trusted customer relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Understand disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.

Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
- Deliver product presentations and address questions confidently.
- Partner to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent field partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
- Share insights and provide market/customer intelligence.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company programs.

Compliance / Culture
- Operate with integrity and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty (cardiometabolic) sales preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; able to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial; thrives in fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Travel
- Up to 60% travel.

US Salary Range
- $130,000 - $165,000
