Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights; adapt approaches to enhance customer engagement.
- Build and sustain relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
- Collaborate with cross-functional/internal and adjacent field partners; share insights and provide market intelligence.
- Operate with integrity and comply with company policies and industry/legal requirements.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.
Travel
- Up to 60% travel.

- Eligible for standard medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K, and participation in incentive plans based on performance.
- US salary range: $130,000–$165,000.
